Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP)
Donald is a Corporate, Commercial and I.T. lawyer who partners with CEOs, Executives and Solopreneurs to advise on corporate structuring and governance, cross-border transactions, fund-raising exercises, regulatory compliance and commercial matters.
After spending nearly a decade in Corporate and Commercial law practice servicing a myriad of clients from start-up entities to multi-national corporations, Donald understands that growth, sustainability and expansion drives a business – and it is not about reiterating the law. As a strong believer of the principle that “prevention is better than cure”, Donald believes that most disputes can be avoided by ensuring legal compliance for businesses to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the regulatory landscape.
Donald has a strong track record where he has negotiated, closed transactions and advised clients on business and legal matters in more than 10 countries. Some of his remarkable achievements include:
- a Blockchain technology company which successfully raised USD40 million in funding;
