Kenneth is a Barrister of Middle Temple. An experienced solicitor and litigator with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry, Kenneth focuses his practice on all aspects of civil litigation (general, corporate and commercial) and dispute resolution. He also professes expertise in negotiation and providing legal advice in contentious and non-contentious matters.

Kenneth has also assisted as junior counsel in other court trials involving defending professional negligence claims (against advocates and solicitors); trying claims for fraud, fraudulent trading and conspiracy perpetrated on a financial institution by directors of a company; minority shareholder oppression; and common law derivative action by a shareholder.
