Naemah binti Shariban read law in International Islamic University Malaysia and graduated in 2005 and was called to the Bar in 2006. Upon completing her studies, she commenced her pupillage at Messrs Ashok Puri Hanifah & Co under the supervision of her pupil master whose practice area is in conveyancing and who mentored her in various aspects of property-related transactions.

To widen the focus of her practice area, Naemah practised both litigation and conveyancing with Messrs Abdul Rahman & Partners from 2006 to 2013. In 2014 to 2015 she was working with Messrs Soraya Chuah & Associates and between 2015 to 2016, she was working with Messrs J.S.Pillay  & Mohd Haaziq practicing in litigation and dispute resolution.

During the course of her legal practice, she gained a good exposure in the areas of hire purchase, foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings, garnishee proceedings and prohibitory orders. She also professes expertise in the conveyancing practice area having supervised the preparation of loan documentations and charge transactions for reputable financial institutions and demonstrable skills in preparing and negotiating the terms and conditions of sale and purchase and joint-venture agreements for clients.

After more than 10 years of focusing her practice area in litigation and conveyancing, Naemah decided to join T S Liew Nurzila & Co. as a partner. Currently, she is determined to employ all her acquired skills in providing effective legal representation to her clients, working diligently to ensure that every matter is handled to the client’s satisfaction.
